How do you place the 3D image inside the crystal?
We use state of the art software and machinery to conduct sub-surface laser engraving.
High intensity laser beam is focused to a point at the depth of the crystal and generates a tiny etch, the density of the dots dictates the shade and the 3D placement of millions of dots generates a full 3D image.

How should I display my crystal?
The first recommendation is to set it with a dark homogenous background, the unified contrast highlights the details. However, the best experience received by also using a custom LED light base that will shine every detail of the 3D model.
What are the crystals made of?
We use top quality K9 crystals, it’s highly durable, and preserves its clarity for lifetime.
Will it fade over time?
Nope! The etching process changes the structure of the crystal and it will not fade even over a lifetime.
Are the crystals easy to break?
K9 crystals will preserve their unique characteristics for years without any degradation if handled with care.
However, it is quite fragile and we advise placing them in a secure location.

Can I use photos from social media platforms?
Yes, just choose “import from Facebook / Instagram / Drive”
What’s the shipping duration?
We try to offer a couple of shipping methods to support urgent gifting cases :), the expected delivery date of each method will be shown before you confirm the order.
