Instructions
Place the crystal in a secure location where it is not at risk of falling. We recommend using a dark, homogeneous background to provide a unified contrast that highlights the details of the image. For the best result, add a compatible LED light base to illuminate every detail of your 3D model and enhance the crystal’s brilliant, faceted design.

Return Policy
We believe our job is to make sure you LOVE your crystal. If for any reason you are not happy, please let us know why and we will make it right.In case of a manufacturer defect on arrival (i.e. damaged crystal or objective flaw) send us a photo of the defect within 24 hours of receiving your crystal. We will confirm the issue and remake your crystal. You will be required to ship the original crystal back to us to get a replacement.
If you want to cancel your order and your cancellation request comes within the first 15 minutes after placing it, you will get a full 100% refund. If you cancel after 15 minutes, it means one of our artists has been assigned to the project and as such you will receive a refund minus $25. Due to the custom nature of our product, once production of your item has begun it is not refundable.

If this limit is exceed, the crystal will be engraved in 2D format.
Keep the background in 2D
When “Keep the background” option is on, we will not crop the backdrop out. We’ll laser the background in 2D within the crystal along with the people / objects in the foreground.
HD engraving
Ultra HD engraving uses up to 50% more laser points to deliver sharper facial details, smoother tonal gradients, and more realistic 3D depth and clarity, creating a lifelike crystal engraving that feels clear, refined, and true to the original moment.
Custom engraving
Custom engraving is great for adding context to your image.
We use Monotype Corsiva font and laser the words near
the front bottom of the crystal.
